CRIMINALS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF TSUNAMI VICTIMS
I was reading an article on the Reuters website that spoke about criminals targeting Tsunami survivors. These horrific crimes take place in refugee camps and hospitals in Asia and in European nations believe it or not. Rape appears to be one of the crimes of choice against the already traumatized survivors of the disaster. In Europe there have been complaints of identity theft and prank emails claiming loved ones are dead. This article reminded me that there are people without consciences alive but apparently not well. The blood in their veins is probably cold as ice. I certainly hope that these people will be prosecuted to the fullest whatever that means in the countries in question.International News Article Reuters.com
